May’s Holiday Night Market

May’s Holiday Night Market is back, featuring some of the Night Market’s favorite vendors including Mahnal Jewelry, Union Studio, YellowTree Clay, Big Heart Tea Co. and more. For an added bonus, Seoul Taco will be onsite at The Ready Room during this month’s market for guests to enjoy.

Maplewood Christmas Tree Walk

Maplewood’s annual Christmas Tree Walk kicks off on Friday, Dec. 2, at 6 p.m. with caroling, the lighting of the neighborhood’s Christmas tree and a warm welcome for Santa Claus. Spend the evening enjoying carriage rides, hot chocolate, live entertainment and a range of holiday shopping specials throughout Maplewood’s downtown center.

This month’s First Friday at the St. Louis Science Center is sure to be an especially popular one. First Friday: I <3 the ’90s is bringing the decade’s best nostalgia to one science-fill night. Bring friends and family of all ages to browse Y2K throwback technology, play games, enjoy episodes of beloved shows Bill Nye the Science Guy and The Magic School Bus and catch a free screening of “Men in Black” in the newly renovated Omnimax Theater at 10 p.m.

Vicia Holiday Market

This Saturday, Dec. 7, venture to the heart of St. Louis’ bustling Cortext Innovation District to stop by Vicia’s Holiday Market for an especially delicious shopping experience. This year’s offerings include fresh produce and dairy, artisanal wood and pottery, freshly made breads and pastries and so much more. And, of course, enjoy a meal from Vicia’s casual lunch menu after browsing the seasonal shopping selection.

Cherokee Print Bazaar

Now in its 12th year, the Cherokee Street Holiday Print Bazaar is back this weekend with more than 40 different artists, designers and vendors from across the Midwest. If you’re looking for a unique handmade gift for a loved one this season, this sprawling market experience offers everything from hand-bound journals, cards and comic books to jewelry, clothes and posters. Flowers and Weeds Winter Bazaar

While you’re in the Cherokee neighborhood … this year’s Flowers and Weeds Winter Bazaar is also on Saturday, Dec. 7, from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. In addition to a selection of unique, handmade gifts and treasures from local vendors—and Flowers and Weeds’ own seasonal greenery options—visitors can enjoy a DJ set and food from the Cha Cha Chow food truck.

Smino’s annual ‘Kribmas’ benefit concert

The St. Louis rapper’s annual holiday benefit concert “Kribmas” is back at The Pageant on Sunday, December 8. All ticket proceeds are being donated to various educational and arts-focused programming for youth in St. Louis. After a sold-out show last year, the musician is sure to fill the venue again. Tickets are available online.
