VP Square: Asian Fusion In St. Louis

 In Food, Guide

If you’re an admirer of Café Mochi sushi lounge on South Grand (we love the crunchy bagel roll), we have excellent news. Cafe Mochi owner Victor Pham has opened a brand-new Asian fusion restaurant, also on South Grand, called VP Square. The new locale’s grand opening March 1 showcased a variety of tasty appetizers, soups, salads, banh mi sandwiches and bubble tea.

Enjoy menu highlights like the bibimbap bowl, strawburst rolls with peanut sauce, miso-cured salmon, Hawaiian poke bowl and more in an elegant setting that manages to be both sleek and cozy. Pham led a gut rehab of the space for the new venue, which was formerly a hair salon and two apartments. Bubble tea fans can also choose from a wide variety of flavors, including black milk tea, avocado, blue Hawaii, peach, mocha, mango, pineapple, strawberry and more.

We can’t wait to test drive the talents of the restaurateur-chef team behind these two St. Louis dining gems.
