Day 3: Saks Fifth Avenue Presents Rebecca Taylor

This fashion designer came wearing some of her very own items! Her jewelry is vintage and her shoes are from Victoria’s Secret. She wore a long teal skirt with a tie-dye top decorated with lace on top, which were all her own line, Penny Rae Vintage. Melissa has been creating her own label for some time now, and seeing her tonight, it seems as though this is a job well suited for her talent.
Nathan Smith
This daring 23-year-old licensing Rep for Brown Shoe won us over with his bold, striking black leather jacket from East Village in Manhattan and his long, edgy, metallic pointed necklace, which started as three individual necklaces and he put together to achieve the edgy look. His black jeans hailed from H&M and his leather shoes came from the all-mighty Gucci.
Karisha Parks
Karisha Parks stood out to us after just a glance at her Christian Louboutin gold heels that she bought in London. She worked the red carpet in a tan skirt with chrome gold emblems. Her tucked-in black tank top underneath her black feathered belt were both from Bebe. Adding one last feminine touch were her fabulous bracelets and gold earrings, also from Bebe.
Andrew Hudson
This Patch reporter came ready for all the action happening at Saks Fifth Avenue. Andrew caught our eye as he was standing off to the side of the crowd waiting for the fashion show to start. His clean-pressed, custom-fit outfit was assembled with many great items. Underneath his blazer was a white collared, button-up shirt custom made from online store Indochino. Perfectly folded in his front pocket was a handkerchief from Cego. Revealing some spunk, he lifted up his tan pants to reveal his hidden purple socks from H&M. To top off his look, he wore a fabulous pair of leather dress shoes found in stores like DSW.
Rachelle Leach
Making the short trip over the bridge from Belleville, Dr. Rachelle Leach came dressed to impress and was most excited for the opportunity to meet Rebecca Taylor and to see her new line. Leach owns a few tops made by Rebecca Taylor, but came tonight wearing a dazzling black dress by Jessica Simpson, carrying a Lady Dior purse by Christian Dior and working her walk in black and teal Vincent Camuto heels. Her necklace and earrings are from Macy’s and watch by Coach.
